New construction of a 2 story-residential home located at 9222 Mountain Magnolia in Riverview, FL: a) The employer did not implement any fall protection method for a floor opening on the second level of the house that was used as an entry and exit route on or about 05/02/13. Employees are exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the ground.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): New 2 story residential home construction located at 9222 Mountain Magnolia, Riverview FL: a) On or about 05/02/13, 3 employees installing roof panels at the highest section of the roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet to the ground in that fall protection was not available on site. b) On or about 05/02/13, 2 employees installing roof panels on the edge of the lower section of the roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet to the ground in that fall protection was not available on site.
