The U.S. Air Force 60th Logistics Readiness Squadron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 189976, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Travis Air Force Base, CA 94535.  The U.S. Air Force 60th Aerial Port Squadron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 191732, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Travis Air Force Base, CA 94535.
