29 CFR 1910.219(c)(2)(i): All exposed part(s) of horizontal shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform were not protected by stationary casing(s) enclosing shafting completely or by trough(s) enclosing sides and top or sides and bottom of shafting: Raw Sewage Dry Well: On May 2, 2013, and at times prior thereto, rotating portions of the motor shafts on three raw sewage pumps were not adequately guarded against unintentional contact. The U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 191327, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 22, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Travis Air Force Base, CA 94535. The U.S. Air Force 36th Civil Engineering Squadron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 467640, citation number 01, item number 004 and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Anderson Air Force Base, Guam 96915.

Bldg. 1240, MXS Egress Section: The lower portion of the Tork Timer had an opening approximately four inches wide and four inches long. B. CES Internal Structures: A panel on the south facing wall had two breaker openings approximately two inches wide and a half an inch long. The U.S. Air Force 60th Aerial Port Squadron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 190542, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Travis Air Force Base, CA 94535.
