29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about May 17, 2013, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure employees performing framing and truss installation were provided with fall protection, exposing employees to fall hazards greater than six (6) feet to the ground below. Jose Luis Construction dba. Construction Hernandez, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312123094, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on October 28, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 15250 Prestonwood Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75229.
