29 CFR 1926.701(b): Reinforcing steel. All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement. This violation was discovered on 6/4/2013 at a job site located at Track# 100C, Lot# 1510, Block# 3, Macheche Ave. Dededo, GU, where a worker was exposed to impalement hazards when he walked alongside a wall with protruding rebar that was not capped.
