Micronesian Mall, 2nd level, Docomo remodel - Noted on or about 8/13/13 and at times prior thereto, the power cord of a Ryobi 10" table saw was damaged through the insulation in multiple areas and the outer insulation was pulled away from the female plug. Employees were exposed to the hazards of contacting electricity.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a. Micronesian Mall, 2nd level, Docomo remodel - Noted on or about 8/13/13, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS's) for chemical products currently being used at the work site. Employees use Sherwin Williams exterior latex paint and Sheetrock joint compound thereby exposing employees to the hazards listed on the MSDS's.
