29 CFR 1926.452(w)(1): The mobile scaffold was not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, to prevent racking or collapse of the scaffold and secure vertical members together laterally so as to automatically square and align: (a) On October 26, 2016, inside the proposed warehouse, the single tier mobile scaffold was missing two crossbraces, thus compromising the stability of the scaffold, and it's ability to resist sway forces from horizontal loads imposed from worker movement.
