29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a. At 10523 White Peacock Ln, employees were exposed to an 18 foot 8 inch fall hazard while applying plywood sheeting to the studs of the outer walls on a two story house from the roof with no fall protection, on or about 06/04/13. b. At 10521 White Peacock Ln, an employee was exposed to a 9 foot 3/4 inch fall while standing on a open sided wall taking measurments. On or about 06/04/13

At the 10523 White peacock Ln., employees were exposed to a stuck by hazard, in that, while using nail guns to attatch the plywood sheeting to the second story of the house they did not wear eye protection, on or about 06/04/13.
