29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1): The chemical manufacturer, importer, or distributor did not ensure that each container of classified hazardous chemicals leaving the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(vi):    Employees working at the grain elevator were exposed to chemical hazards in that the following items were not labeled:     a)      Unleaded gasoline tank was not labeled with the hazard "Flammable".  b)      Blue tank on the trailer that contained liquid fertilizer was not labeled with its contents of "32-0-0".
