The employer is failing to protect employees from fire and explosion hazards.  This was most  most recently documented on December 31, 2020, at the worksite located at 438 County Road 11002, Adrian, Missouri.  The employer had a heater replaced in the elevator office approximately sixty days prior to December 31, 2020.  The employer installed a heater that did not have a Class II dust proof/tight rating for use in the facility where Class II Division 2 electrical is required.
