Work areas were not maintained in a clean and orderly fashion, exposing employees to fall hazards and possible egress issues in the following instances: 1) In the Butler Building, no aisle space was available for employees accessing the motor oil dispenser. 2) Receiving boot in the feed mill had 8 inch depth of dust, which was wet and slick to stand upon.
