29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(ii): Each employee on a single-point or two-point adjustable suspension scaffold was not protected by both a personal fall arrest system and a guardrail system: Jobsite: The employees who were applying a stucco finish to the existing high rise residential building were not protected from falling approximately 35 feet to the ground below by the use of personal fall arrest systems.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(3)(i): Verical lifelines were not fastened to a fixed safe point of anchorage, independent of the scaffoldk, and protected from sharp edges and abrasion. Jobsite: The workers that were working from the two point suspension scaffold were using vertical life lines that were not protected from abrasion exposing the employees to fall hazards.
