29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:    a. On or about June 27, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, employees installing the plywood sheeting onto the 6/12 pitched roof were exposed to falls of approximately 20 feet due to the lack of a fall protection system.    Sumner Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 904119, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Whisper Creek, 19328 Whisper Creek Circle, Lot 116 in Mokena, IL  60448.
