29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: On or about 6/11/13, during roofing activities, the employer did not ensure all employees were protected from falling objects from the roof with a protective helmet. Employees were working on the roof with tools while other employees were on the ground below without head protection.
