29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a)  First Floor - Workers were exposed to a 11 foot fall from an unguarded door opening at the front of a building, on or about 06/26/2013.      b)  Second Floor - Workers were exposed to a 12 foot fall from an open-sided floor which had not been provided with fall protection, on or about 06/29/2013.   Under the Occupational Safety and health Administrations Multi-Employer Worksite Policy, this contractor is considered to be the Exposing employer.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:   a)  Stairway - A stairway leading form the first floor of a duplex to the second floor was not provided with handrails, on or about 06/29/2013.   Under the Occupational Safety and health Administrations Multi-Employer Worksite Policy, this contractor is considered to be the Correcting, Exposing and Creating employer.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
