29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about October 25 2019, at a residential construction site located at 8115 N Hickory St. Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were engaged in roofing activities from elevated heights without the use of fall protection, thus exposing employees to fall hazards. The height of the roof was 18 feet from the eave of the building to the ground below. There was also a potential for employees to fall to a lower level balcony that was 8 feet high from eave of the building to the floor of the balcony.
