29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. On July 14, 2021, employees working from the second tier of a tubular welded frame scaffold without a means of fall protection while performing masonry work were exposed to fall hazards of 13 feet to the ground below.
