29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 4 New Castle Road, Ocean City, NJ 08226: On or about July 3, 2013, the employer did not ensure that each employee performing framing work was protected from falling. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 14ft. FIVE STAR QUALITY CONSTRUCTION, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 906719, CITATION 2, ITEM 1, ISSUED ON 5/22/2013, FINAL ORDER DATE 6/19/2013. FIVE STAR QUALITY CONSTRUCTION, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 699658, CITATION 1, ITEM 1, ISSUED ON 3/22/2013, FINAL ORDER DATE 4/22/2013.
