29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be conducted by a competent person designated by the employer was not provided by the employer who was responsible to initiate and maintain an accident prevention program: a- Rogers Walk, Building 1800, Mount Laurel NJ: A competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. Employees on this site were exposed to hazards including but not limited to fall hazards. Condition noted on or about 06/04/13. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501. a- Rogers Walk, Building 1800, Mount Laurel NJ: A company employee was exposed to a fall hazard, approximately 9 feet to the floor below, when standing on the top plate of a wall while attempting to pull back a wall for installation. This employee was not provided with guardrails, personal fall arrest system, safety nets, etc. at the time of the exposure. Condition noted on or about 06/04/13.
