29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) In the Core Room, on or about July 10, 2013 - The employer did not provide suitable facilities for the flushing of the eyes. ABATEMENT NOTE: ANSI Z358.1-2009 Eyewash Standard states that "Eyewash units must be capable of delivering a minimum of 15 minutes of flushing fluid."
