29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2):  Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:     Six Rivers National Forest, Ruth Lake Fire and Work Center: On July 28, 2013, and at times prior thereto, branch circuits on the facility's main breaker panel was not marked to indicate its purpose or location. Employees were exposed to electrical and mechanical hazards during emergencies and other situations requiring the shut off of the correct circuits and/or equipment. Inaccurate labeling of circuit breakers in the electrical cabinet hinder and delay an employees' ability to identify and shut down the appropriate circuit breakers during an electrical or equipment emergency. Delays in shutting down electrical equipment increase the potential for serious injuries to employees during an emergency.
