RMS Properties, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v) which was contained in OSHA violation number 92686, citation 1, item 2, issued on November 15, 2011, and became final order on or about December 7, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Golf & Barrington Rd., Hoffman Estates, IL 60179. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
