29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level: a) On or about June 28, 2017, a guardrail system along the edge of the roof deck was not equipped with a top rail, or equivalent guardrail system member having a height of 42 inches plus or minus 3 inches above the roof deck from which employees were working. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
