29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): The measures employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards, including specific procedures the employer has implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used; and, On or about July 7, 2013 in the Warehouse Area, approximately 20 gallon bottles of liquid Pool Shock fell to the ground from a pallet being lowered to the ground that broke apart and the company failed to train employees on how to properly clean up the pool shock to prevent exposure from the health hazards from the pool shock.
