29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder. (a) On or about 07/18/13, at the Franklin High School, located on 950 Norton Street, in Rochester, New York, an employee working on an A-Frame ladder (8ft) in a doorway, was not provided with barricades such as traffic cones or safety tape to prevent the ladder from being displaced. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
