29 CFR 1926.20(b)(3): (a)  4th floor hallway, the two orange 100 ft. extension cords, which were available for use and  energized by attachment plugs with missing ground pins, were not in compliance with the applicable requirements of the 1926 Construction Standards and had not been identified as unsafe by tagging or physically removing it from the area of operation.  a) On or about 07/23/19, on the Brush Mountain Community Activity Center Construction Site, Inside of Area # 3, 4520 California Road Orchard Park, NY: An extension cord belonging to this employer was plugged into an energized temporary power 120 volt-ac receptacle and left on the floor of the building. The plug on this extension cord lacked a ground prong. This extension cord was available for use and had not been identified as unsafe by tagging or physically removing it from the area of operation.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
