29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: a) On or about 11/15/13 at the Nicholas H Noyes Memorial Hospital Emergency Department Expansion project located at 111 Clara Barton Street, Dansville, New York; the monitor for the employee installing coping for the new roof stopped monitoring functions to actively participate in the installation of the coping. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
