29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b a. 2 Short Hills Avenue, Short Hills, NJ - Building 8 An employee engaged in residential framing activities, 9 feet above the next lower level was not protected from falls by use of a personal fall arrest system. The employee was working by standing on the wall blocking and top plate to install the core-wall. Violation observed on or about August 7, 2013 Top Class Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR�1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 901981, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4 Meredith Court, Hockessin, DE, 19707. Top Class Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR�1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903286, citation number 1, item number 1A, and was affirmed as a final order on June 24, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 2000 Kimball Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19146.
