29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 309 Dye Way, Moorestown, NJ: On or about 9/1/2015, two employees of Top Class Construction, Inc. were installing siding on a multi-story townhome style residential structure. The workers were not using fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard of 12 feet from the roof's eaves to the ground below.
