29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a. On or about September 17, 2013, roof area, employees working on a 4:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling 8.5 feet by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system or a personal fall arrest system. Abatement Certification and Documentation are not required The Great White Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 447093, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 27, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at12957 Everett Street, Jacksonville, FL.
