29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Roof of building 100 A at 1155 Hammond Drive NE, Atlanta, GA- The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 45 feet above ground level while performing framing operations from an unprotected roof edge without fall protection. Mauricio Garcia, was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b) (1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 680198, Citation #1, Item #2a, issued on 11/27/2012 with respect to a work place located at 450 Summit Crossing Way, Cumming, GA 30041 and became a final order on 11/30/2012.
