The affected employee wore respiratory protection during manual MIG welding.    c) Manual Welding Stations (330 and 331) - On or about October 29, 2013, Interlake Mecalux, Inc. did not ensure that an employee who wore a Radnor N95 filtering facepiece respirator was provided the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format when such use was not required by the employer.
