While installing insulation material from the unprotected elevated surface, employees were exposed to falls of up to 17 ft. to the ground below.    Pro Steel, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313715153, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 10, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 10682 Maltese Point, Falcon, CO.
