29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 3643 Pierce Pkwy, Billings, MT, 59106: On or about November 5, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards while performing steel erection functions at heights of approximately 14 feet to the concrete ground below while not being tied off to the basket of the Genie S-85 Aerial Lift.
