29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a) Apartment Building Roof: Workers were not protected from falling approximately 12 feet and 50 feet when installing metal coping at the roof edge, on or about 11/14/2013. LITA BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 408622 CITATION NUMBER NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER NUMBER 2, ISSUED ON 06/07/2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORK PLACE LOCATED AT GENERAL PLUMBING SUPPLY INC. 980 DURHAM ROAD, EDISON NJ 08817, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 07/17/2012.
