29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: A.) Gasbarre Products, Inc. - On or about 11/26/13, the employer had not performed a periodic lockout/tagout inspection with all authorized employees. Personnel performed work on machinery that included, but was not limited to, CNC's, press brakes, and cranes. Personnel also conducted repair/rebuild work on various presses for customers.
