29 CFR 1903.16(d): Any employer failing to comply with the provisions of paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section shall be subject to citation and penalty in accordance with the provisions of section 17 of the Act. 29 CFR 1903.16(a): Upon receipt of any citation under the Act, the employer failed to immediately post such citation, or a copy thereof, unedited, at or near each place an alleged violation referred to in the citation occurred, except as provided below. Work site located at 7122 J Street, Omaha, NE: The employer failed to immediately post citations issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration upon receipt, inspection #914721. The citations were issued on September 24, 2013 and signed for by a representative of the company on October 1, 2013. The employer then posted the citations on October 22, 2013. This item was abated during the inspection.
