29 CFR 1910.147(f)(3)(i): A procedure was not utilized to afford the employees a level of protection equivalent to that provided by the implementation of a personal lockout or tagout device when servicing and/or maintenance was performed by a crew, craft, or department. LALA Branded Products, Inc. located at 7122 J Street, Omaha, NE: The employer is failing to ensure that employees performing group maintenance and/or servicing to equipment are afforded the same level of protection from unexpected energizing of the machinery / equipment. On or about June 17 and dates prior the employer allowed staffing agency employees working in production areas to assist full time company employees perform cleaning activities as part of training the employees had not been provided there own locks and tags and/or adequate devices to afford them the same level of protection afforded by their own locks and tags.
