29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a working surface that was 6 feet or more above the lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about November 19, 2013, for four employees exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 30 feet while walking exterior top plates to install roof trusses at a Missouri Valley Addition construction project located near the intersection of Sunset Drive and 27th Street NW in Mandan, North Dakota. Note: United Framing ND LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 899535, Citation 1, Item 1A, and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Hampton Inn & Suites, 2020 Schafer Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.
