Note: This company was previously cited for violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which were contained in OSHA Inspection Number 950381, Citation 1, Item 1, which was affirmed as a final order on February 12, 2014, with respect to a workplace located near the intersection of Sunset Drive and 27th Street NW in Mandan, North Dakota, and in OSHA Inspection Number 899535, Citation 1, Item 1A, which was affirmed as a final order on May 16 , 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2020 Schafer Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.
