29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(ii): The employer did not select and use a NIOSH-certified respirator in compliance with the conditions of its certification: Employees performing mud mixing tasks on Rig #52 located at SEDC 17, TWP 26, R 29, 2540 fsl, 250 fwl, Ingalls, Kansas were exposed to chemical burn and inhalation hazards of mud mix ingredients such as caustic soda in that non-NIOSH approved filtering face pieces were required to be used.
