29 CFR 1910.307(c)  Electrical equipment in hazardous (classified) locations was not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location:      Powder Coat booth area, a four plex outlet and extension cord servicing the scale were not intrinsically safe, approved for a Class II location, on or about 12/4/2013 and 12/11/2013.     Kst test performed for the dust sample obtained from the Powder Coat Reclaim/Recovery area showed this material was a Class II dust.  This also means the material is explosive.  The Explosion Severity was 1.18 and the Hartmann Kst = 20.53.
