29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about December 05, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were working on the roof of a residential building without appropriate fall protection. Employees were exposed to potential fall hazards of 6 feet or more to the ground below. Rodriguez Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313499048, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 18, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 12557 Wolf Berry, El Paso, TX 79938. Rodriguez Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313498347, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 05, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 12139 Northview Dr., El Paso, TX 79934.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about December 05, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a residential building, using an air compressor which had a damaged strain relief. This exposed employees to potential electrical hazards.
