OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing for likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck by damaged or ruptured steam piping;     a) On or about 1/13/13 in the High Purity area; employees who use steam jacketed kettles, were exposed to being struck by damaged or ruptured steam piping when the steam relief valves ( Kunkle 6010EDM01-AM-0800) on each of the thirty six steam jacket kettles were not inspected on an annual basis.        b) On or about 1/13/13 in the High Grade Processing area; employees use steam jacketed kettles, were exposed to being struck by damaged or ruptured steam piping when the steam relief valves ( Kunkle 6010EDM01-AM-0800 ) on each of the eight steam jacketed kettles were not inspected and an annual basis. 29 CFR 1910.107(b)(8): Each spray booths was not separated from other operations by not less than 3 feet, or by a greater distance, or by such partition or wall as to reduce the danger from juxtaposition of hazardous operations.    a) On or about 12/13/13 in the Garage area; located on either outside wall of the totally enclosed spray booth, where Class IB flammables such as but not limited to Epoxy Primer Catalyst - Code DP 401LF, Premium Coating Enamel FPC, Black - Code PCC135B, Crossfire Plus Reducer - Code CR733 are sprayed, were three flammable storage cabinets used to store these flammables, a pallet of small cardboard boxes, a large cardboard box leaning against one of the glass lighting panels and other discarded equipment and supplies, exposing employees to a flash fire hazard.       Abatement Certification Required
