29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) On or about 12/16/15, in the High Grade Sampling and Processing (HGPS) Department, employer fail to provide floors that were clean and orderly (free of tripping hazards). When employee was stepping off the steps to kettle #5, employee tripped over a bucket containing caustic residue causing her to fall backwards onto the spilled caustic residue on the floor. Employee sustained 2nd and 3rd degree chemical burns to her back and back of her legs. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
