The area below the skip hoist bucket was open and accessible during the raising and lowering of this piece of equipment.        b) On or about 06/06/18 in the Maintenance shop; employees were exposed to contact with a moving blade when the exposed portion of the saw blade on the Peerless reciprocating saw was accessible.    c) On or about 06/06/18 in the Furnace area; employees were exposed to point of operation hazards when the opening on the ingot shear was wide enough to allow access during cutting of furnace rods.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
