29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a. On or about December 11, 2013, on the 7:12 pitch roof, employees installing roofing materials were not protected from an 8 feet 9 inches fall hazard by the use of an adequate fall protection system.    The Bobby Campbell Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 940850, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 31, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 244 W. Adelaide Drive, Saint Johns, FL 32259.    The Bobby Campbell Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.510(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313877292, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1915 Dumfries Court, Jacksonville, FL 32259.
