29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. On or about March 1, 2014, on the 5:12 and 7:12 pitch roofs, employees installing roofing materials were exposed to a 19 feet fall hazard in that they were not protected by a fall protection system. b. On or about March 1, 2014, on the 5:12 pitch roof above the garage, employees accessing the upper roof were exposed to a 19 feet fall hazard in that they were not protected by a fall protection system. Bobby Campbell Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 951873, Repeat citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a Final Order on February 27, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2344 Open Breeze Court, Green Cove Springs, Florida, 32043.
