29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents: a) On or about March 8, 2019: Six employees were observed installing metal trim along the perimeter of the roof while operating pneumatic nail guns and were not protected with eye or face protection, exposing employees to eye injuries. Bobby Campbell Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 998292, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/26/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6365 Rolling Tree Street Jacksonville, FL 32222.
