On or about December 21, 2013, at 7605 Harbison Hollow Lane, Suwanee, Georgia:  Seven employees performing brick masonry work were exposed to eye irritation and impalement hazards while using Coosa Masonry cement and chipping brick with trowels without wearing eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(8): At all points of a scaffold where the platform changes direction, such as turning a corner, the platform that rests on a bearer at an angle other than a right angle was not laid first:  On or about December 21, 2013, at 7605 Harbison Hollow Lane, Suwanee, Georgia:  An employee performing brick masonry work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14.8-feet when he walked and worked from a scaffold platform that was wedged between the frame of one scaffold and onto the work platform of another scaffold work platform in an attempt to change direction.

29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used.  Crossbraces were used as a means of access.   On or about December 21, 2013, at 7605 Harbison Hollow Lane, Suwanee, Georgia:   An employee performing brick masonry work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12-feet when he climbed the frame of a tubular welded frame scaffold that did not have a ladder installed.
